City name (civilization) config question????

Really silly question but I can't find where to configure this. From pics posted in this C3C forum I have seen cities with their city names followed by the civilisation in brackets. Is this a simple config change in the editor or has some one written a mod to do this?

It's a simple change! In the preferences in the main menu (Control + P), select the option "Color Blind Help".. I use it, because many of the color shades are similar.

Thanks Ginger Ale. I couldn't help laugh about that simple and now very obvious change!!!!!! Makes me look very stupid.

Doesn't make you seem stupid. I had no idea that something like this could be done and had not even noticed it in any screenies. That makes ME stupid...
