i have problems with the map displaying the city names properly. where there should be a name, city size, the growth and production bars, and i guess little icons to show what's in the city or religion or something, there is nothing but bands of blue squares. no city name or icons or anything. everything else looks great, i just can't look at names of cities and know how large they are or what they're producing or what religion they are or anything without rolling over them.
is this a true bug in the game that someone else is experiencing? or is it possible it's a side effect of my system being far too outdated for this game? apparently my four-year-old computer is ridiculously under-equipped for this game. sounds like even some new ones are! unfortunately a new computer isn't an option right now, i might just have to suffer through terrifically long turns.
