hmm, that settler is going to be ready before the city reaches size 3. I think there should be a warrior, then a settler. Remember, we're playing against other people, not the AI.

It was already on settler when I playe the turn, and I assumed that was because it would be ready for when we grew. Oct. will fix that next time round!

I think D is a good place to build. Nice coastal city, furs and gold. A bit too far away from the Capital for my taste, but acceptable.

i voted F for the reason that to the south ,west and east there looks to be not much expansion possibilety ,and we might need to claim the northern lands as soon as posiible before anybody else cut's our expansion there.

But we don't know what's on the other side of that river, it does sound like a good idea for expansion, maybe a third city over there? once we know what's there.

Site D first, definitely... The furs nearby make this a winner. Then, I'd shoot for A, F, or E and get another worker to start irrigating those plains ASAP.

I actually would suggest different places. How about somebody gets a mod to remove the file off the server, and I will start an official poll, with (in my opinion) better options. I will keep whatever options are here, and add more

If we went with Site "C", we could use the grasslands along the coastline. Then another city could be placed above the fish (NW of the gold). this would snag the other furs, the gold and the fresh water fish. By puttting the next city on "D", you would be losing grasslands and stealing the furs from the next city. (See new map.)
