City Production loss over turn in pitboss games

Hello civfanatics,

we are playing a pitboss game running running (almost) 24/7 on a spare notebook. Players connect and disconnect to take their turn whenever they can spare the time. Occasionally, we date for connecting all at once and have some hours of play for an evening to "boost the game".

While the game works fine when all players are connected, we have an issue while in "connect and take your turn" mode. Sometimnes a city forgets its production and asks again for a new project.

Some descriptions out of the players' mouth:

"City finished a production and I chose a new one. Next turn it asked me again for a new production."

A player who was the last to finish a turn (so he can take two turns) wrote:
"It happens while connecting. I was last to finish a turn. The construction project remained, and the remaining turns were calculated correctly over the start of a new turn. I finished my second turn, disconnected and immediately reconnected again. After that, the construction project was lost, production queue empty."

"Even with produtcion queues, the first entry is simply removed."

Is this an already known bug? We weren't able to find anything.
