Civ 4 - mod question.

Ok so i have just found and downloaded a mod for the very first time, a belgium mod. Ok and i i had civillization IV Complete which of course is:

@The main game
@Warlords
@Beyond the sword

all together.

right so i put the download into the beyond the sword mods and it came up with a error when loaded it so its the wrong one, if i put it in say, the main game
if i double click the main game to load up civ will the beyond the sword and warlor pack still be in it?

i hope you know what i meen, will they still be combined together if i double click the main game.
