I've just started a lets play on youtube as Brazil, I selected a random leader and got it and I would like some key pointers about how to go about a tourism victory, as I have never tried to do it. I am currently on around turn 200 and everything is going pretty smoothly but I would like to know the best way to win a tourism victory.
