Hi I own a MacBook Pro M1 (OS 12.5) I downloaded Civ VI from the apple store. I then found a mod on here for GOD mode just to play around for fun.

Some have said routing is this way:

~/Library/Containers/com.aspyr.civ6.appstore/Data/Library/Application Support/Sid Meier's Civilization VI/Mods

Mine was:

Library/ Containers/ civilization VI / Data/Library/ Application Support/ Sid Meier's Civilization VI/ Mods/ God Mod

I put the God mode mod here and loaded up the Civ 6, I see the Mod in the additional content section and its enabled. I then start a new fresh game
but I see no activation of the mod. What am I missing. Does this GOD mode here not work for newer Mac users, should I be downloading the mod from a different forum , is my mapping still wrong,

What's the word. Sorry if this has been asked a million and one times...i'm new.

Thanks so much....

Try looking for Sid Meier's Civilization VI/Logs/Database.log or Sid Meier's Civilization VI/Logs/Modding.log. There might be a clue in why it's not working.

How does CivVI run on an M1?

same problem, i have bought Civ 6 bundle (gathering storm as default is launched) on steam for macbook pro M1 and looks all DLCs are enabled, all extra scenarios, but in game i can see only few of them, not sure why and how to fix it. I have found support on official webpage advising to verify the game files in steam (library, right click on civ6, properties, installed files, verify cash/files) but it didnt work. any fix? thanks

ps. Civ6 works smoothly on M1 on highest details, 40 to 70 fps
