I cannot seem to find anywhere how to addapt the command line in the shortcut.

Specificaly I would like to have different "Ini" files for playing different DirectIP games, so I dont have reenter the IP/URL everytime...

OK Well I tried and tried looked again, and tried again... A man fights with a shortcut and Losses...

"E:\Civilization 4\Civilization4.exe" /ini=CivilizationIV_2.ini
"E:\Civilization 4\Civilization4.exe" ini=CivilizationIV_2.ini
"E:\Civilization 4\Civilization4.exe" ini=C:\Full path\In here\CivilizationIV_2.ini
"E:\Civilization 4\Civilization4.exe" ini="C:\Full path\In here\CivilizationIV_2.ini"
"E:\Civilization 4\Civilization4.exe" /ini=C:\Full path\In here\CivilizationIV_2.ini
"E:\Civilization 4\Civilization4.exe" /ini="C:\Full path\In here\CivilizationIV_2.ini"

What am I missing? None seem to work and I am fresh out of ideas.... Is there anyone that can help poor little old me?

"E:\Civilization 4\Civilization4.exe" ini=CivilizationIV_2.ini should work.. I assume you know the ini file has to be in same dir as the exe file?

I put the second INI file in the same folder as the original one... IE. in the Civilization 4 folder under "My Games"....

It doesnt specify that on the Fireaxe' tip site either.... Must be me but it would seem logical that you put the alternate ini file in the same folder as the original. Adding the full path should work also?!

Putting the INI files in the same folder as the EXE indeed does the trick....
