Civ III Conquest problem

I have Civ III and had recently installed Conquest Expansion.When I click on Civilization III Conquest application, everything, exept menu is black, and if I click new game some stupid error occurs.Look yourselves and suggest some solutions.

You might also want to clean the disk.
