Civ isn't showing up at all in the setup.

So, for some reason I can't even select this civ from the menu when running the mod. I've successfully made a civ before that ran, and I created this one with much the same method (picking and choosing from existing XML and changing names and values around). I'll post my XML for you guys to pick through. Obviously a WIP, though I do have some art I'll include later.

What does the database.log file say? Do the xml files each have an UpdateDatabase entry?
 
Yes, each XML file has an update database entry. I figured that would be obvious. The logs largely have to do with text entries, but after scouring through my tags, which it says are not unique, I can't see the problem.

So the problem is with the <Language_en_US> in your leader files. After going through them, it seems you have a repeated entry for TXT_KEY_LEADER_CARLOS_MANUEL. Delete that, and it will solve one of your problems.

You can ignore the errors about StrategicView and all that; it won't affect gameplay (unless you use Strategic view, then it might look kind of odd)

The next error, the one about the trait, is saying that somewhere in your xml the trait has a line called <CapitalThemingBonusModifier>, which is somewhat questionable since I don't see that anywhere in the coding. Which leads me to ask: Did you change the code since last time you posted it?
Or actually, you could've misspelled it, which is why the logs would be saying that.

Another error I found (actually, it might not be an error so much as a tip) in the traits: use <Where> only when it's used within <Update> - not <Row>.
