Civ IV incompatible with Vista?

I got a new graphics card, and somehow the installation process wiped out everything on my computer. So when I reinstalled CivIV, I was shocked to find it was "incompatible" with my system and wouldn't run. BtS doesn't work, either. I have a Vista Ultimate 32-bit. Any idea what's wrong?

Nope. I have Vista and Civ4 runs just fine. Have you tried installing in administrator mode?
