Civ patch problem

I accidently installed the 1.15 patch for Conquests. Last time I just reinstalled Conquests to play it again (I have a problem with patches) and it worked well, but now I lost my CD...so I can't reinstall it....
WHAT DO I DO?!?!?

Sorry for double posting and so quickly but can someone send me the C3conquests.exe file or watever it is???? I REALLY NEED IT I NEED TO PLAAAAAY
