Civ random limiter

Does anyone know if there is a mod that allows you to choose a random Civ, but from a selection.
I want to roll random, but don't want to play again using a Civ I've already won with.

If there is no mod, you could do this yourself either with excel, or for example writing down the leaders names and picking them up from a bowl. Of course then you would now your civ in the set up screen already.
