Civ religion preferences

I always like to have big Good vs. Evil fights in my game, so I always like to have 2 or 3 civs pretty much guaranteed to follow Order, Empyrean, or even the Runes of Kilmorph. There are at least four of these (Elohim, Bannor, Malakim, Kuriotates ...), but the only guaranteed Ashen Veil civ I can think of is the Sheaim. Which civs usually convert to Ashen Veil (or possibly the Octopus Overlords), particularly among the neutrals?

I find that the illians commonly get OO, but the AI seems very averse to AV

Well AV is all about blowing up the world, with its followers on it, so really who would want to follow it?

If I understood the XML properly the Calabim leaders suposedly favor AV.
