ciV start-up since patch

Not sure if this is a tech support issue or if I am missing something so I will post here to start.

It seems that since the patch, everytime I go to play ciV it starts up in about 3/4 screen instead of full screen. Fullscreen box is checked in the video options. If I reboot my entire computer it starts in full screen but then the next time it is in 3/4 unless i reboot again.

Is there a full screen toggle command that can be done when it starts in 3/4? Is this a bug since the last patch? Anyone else have this happening to them?

I leave my computer on so certain programs can run continuously so it is just a real hassle to haveto reboot every time I want to play ciV.

Don;t remember this happening till the recent patch.

in the dx9/11 ini settings there's an option under User Settings "Fullscreen = 0/1" and put "Fullscreen = 1" to force it be at fullscreen. It'll probably work..
