Civ starting positions.

I've noticed that some civs often tends to start out in certain places even though the map is random: The Egyptians often start near a river in a desert and the Azteks will often start near a huge jungle. The Germans seems to often start on grasslands with cows nearby.

Does anyone else know if other civs have specific starting locations as well?

Brits on bigger islands or coasts.
French and Greeks on grassland. Real Greece has little grass, though.
