Just wanted to give a shout out to Martin Fencka, a youtuber who has made a lot of LP's of Eador: Masters of the Broken World on overlord difficulty.
He's now started an LP of Civ V BNW, with Babylon on Deity difficulty. The settings are Tiny Islands, Marathon, Huge map and sea level set to high.
The video and sound quality is superb, and although his Civ-game is a bit rusty right now, I'm certain (based on his Eador videos) that this will be a high quality deity LP you want to watch.
