Added definitions of GS, Play By Cloud and Diplo Victory. Welcome any suggestions of popular (or expected-to-be-popular) acronyms for other GS-specific items.

I've seen Engleanor and Freleanor for English/French Eleanor used quite often.

I think I'll request (for) the leader nicknames:
    • Kristie for Kristina
    • Willy or Wilf for Wilfrid Laurier
    • Pedrinho for Pedro II
    • Ellie for Eleanor for Aquitaine (when leading England or France) (already?)
    • Matt(ie) for Matthias Corvinus
    • Fred(dy) for Frederick Barbarossa
    • Rob(by) for Robert the Bruce
    • Tami or Tammy for Tamar

On leader nicknames, I think we need to see them more commonly used. I have added Tomy, since I do see that moderately often.
