Could Civilization 1 or even Civilization II or Test of Time run on a Macintosh LC 475?

Civ II requires a 68030 processor. The LC 475 has a 68040, so you're safe there. Civ II needs at least 7.5.3, but Civ 1 has difficulty with versions 7.5.2 and later. Otherwise you'll need about 8 MB of RAM for Civ II, which you may not have as the LC 475 came standard with 4.

This page is probably your best resource:

Civ II will work if you have the RAM. Running both may be tricky due to mutually exclusive OS version requirements, though the page I linked has suggestions to mitigate problems.
