Civ2 on Windows ME

Can anyone get Civ2 to work on Windows ME?

I am using ME! It works fine except I am running in through a firewall soo Multi play is not working til I find some "ports" to open....

Did you ever get this to work? I've got it installed and working on my Windows ME PC, but I can't get the upgrade patch to install. Let me know what you found out (if anything)!
