Civ3 in Chicago

Has anybody in Chicagoland found Civ3 anywhere yet? There are rumors EB has it on the shelf already. Anyone out near Woodfield? Best Buy 'might' have it tomorrow afternoon. CompUSA ... maybe this Friday. Any other rumors?

EB says they will have it tomorrow, haven't heard of anywhere in Chicago that does have it

Post it if someone finds it in Chicago....

Also, has anyone found the Official Guild in Chicago yet?

Well I posted my results of calling stores in another thread but have called some more since then...Funcoland at 1600 W. Fullerton said maybe tomorrow maybe the next day. Virgin Megastore said not til next week. Office Depot on North didn't have a clue but suggested I call tomorrow after 10 am to find out if it had arrived. Microcenter was totally unhelpful on the phone. No luck on finding anyone who has it today.

1600 West Fullerton...is that the Brickyard? Office Depot on North Avenue is useless. I wouldn't expect Civ TWO there until next month. Where is the nearest Electronics Boutique...Woodfield? I think we may have to suck it up and rest our hopes on Best Buy. Oh crap...

The best I've found so far is the North Avenue Best Buy. It 'should' be in around 3 or 4 tomorrow.

There is an EB on the 6500 block of Diversy that is "expecting" to recieve the game manana. Then again, they were "expecting" it to arrive this afternoon as well. Everywhere else I've contacted is saying the 31st. I for one, am almost ashamed at my level of anticipation for this game. I fear I may awake a month from now to find myself living alone. Oh well. Happy hunting.
