I have decided to create a Civ 3 league.
League Members(will be updated) * after ID means not Civ Fanatics Forum member

Rules
1.There will be a poll to choose the level in this post.
2.The owners will draft the scouts.
3.The players will send in a "tryout game" and the scouts will look at it.
4.The owners will draft players using their scouts's info.
5.The coaches will try to find an owner who wants them to coach their team.
6.There will be some games to determine which teams make the playoffs.
7.9 players will play the games for a team
8.The commissioner may add to these rules or change them at any time.
