Civ3?!?!?!

Vanilla,

You shouldn't put down modpacks or scenarios. In fact, you should consider this, there is over 1 gig of game data out there on the net that is for everyone's "civing pleasure" that you cannot join in.

Once I started playing mods and scenarios, I couldn't imagine going back to regular civ...and in fact, I haven't. If you think you wouldn't want to play any of these positively wonderful additions to the game without trying them first, then I can't stop you, but it's like saying you don't like Civ III without even playing it...you should at least consider it.

With a PS you can... play games.

Hmmmm...

I do all that on the PC but I dont play many games on the PC because I dont get much time on the PC and it would take forever to get a civ game done!
I play games on the PS and surf the net on the PC! gotta keep em seperated.

My experience with computer games on PS, especially ones that require a mouse, are much worse without a mouse for PS. SimCity 2000 is really slow and inaccurate, and you have a 1 in 9 chance of clicking the right square. Think of all the mistakes you could make!

I never have any problems with making any mistakes you must have bad hand-eye corordnation!

Even though I can't imagine playing Civ of PS, that lying in bed while you play part sounds pretty good. Vanilla, how do you select cities to mess with? Is there a mouse or something?

It's not my coordination that's bad, SimCity 2000 has a 1-second refresh rate and logarithmic speed change. That's like these periods as the cursor:
... . . . . .
when you're moving at a constant speed. Also, the sensitivity is high, so a little tap goes a long way.
