I am new here, and so maybe I am just missing something obvious, so please help. I recently bought CIV4 w/ the Warlords expansion pack. So far I love it, but when I attempt to play the American Revolution Scenario there is no American Civ. I first tried the scenario playing as England, and when I go to the North American Continent there are no american cities or colonies. There are Incan and Mayan Civs. Am I doing something wrong?
