It seems that a while ago, there was a project going on which was on creating a civ3 scenario for the nationstates (www.nationstates.net) region of civfanatica. However, this project eventually declained and lost interest, but now that Civ4 is out, I would like to start up the project again. All are welocme, but to play you must first create a nationstates nation and move to civfanatica, for co-ordination.
