i've searched to no avail to find if this is known, sometimes but more than often during the game i press show grid and i get a crash to desktop

Faulting application civ4warlords.exe, version 2.0.0.0, faulting module civ4warlords.exe, version 2.0.0.0, fault address 0x005f7d05.

its the same crash every time

my system specs:
Windows XP,ASRock 939Dual-SATA2 AMD64 3700 (San Diego) - 2gb DDR 400 (Dual Channel)

I have the same problem, too. Also, similar crush occurs when one is trying to exit city screen with Esc button. I simply turned the grafic setting to Medium, and turned off all animations and high resolution terrain features. It did help, actually.
