Civ4 window mode

How do you open Civilization4 in windowed mode? I need to do this because my game is way to jerky in full screen mode.

also,
How can I reduce in game resolution? The only option I get is 1024x768.

Open the ini file, and search for "screen". You should see something like "FullScreen = 0". Change it to ask, or 1.
