[CiVI] Let the speculation begin!

Looking at how regularly Firaxis releases a Civ related game I would suggest we could get Civ6 around october 2017.
The release date on the Civ-related games created by Firaxis are as follows:
- SMACX: November 1, 1999.
- Civ3: October 30, 2001.
- Civ3Con: November 2003, 4.
- Civ4: October 25, 2005.
- Civ4Col: September 21, 2008.
- Civ5: September 21, 2010.
So it seems there are VERY close to 2 years from the last expansion / spin-off to the release of a new edition.
Of course this proves nothing, but to me it seems Firaxis are aiming very much to this schedule.
When Civ5 was released the Mongols very not in the same but released soon after release for free. The first and only DLC they gave out for free. To me this is just because they didn't manage to make it to the release date - the date that follows the 2 year schedule.
What are your thoughts on this? Maybe some of you have knowledge about when the games were first announced. Maybe we can deduce when we can expect Civ6 to be announced according to their former time schedule regarding announcement and actual release.
