So being fresh to the mod, I have yet to find out how exactly to switch which civics tree is displayed. All I'm getting right now is the government tree...
So basically right now I got no idea what to do and how to plan ahead!

P.S. Also one idea... separate the original wonders in a "Great Wonders" category and the other into categories like "Projects", "Minor Wonders", "Great Events" or something like that. :)

P.S.2 My capital/first city does not receive ANY food... no clue why.

Open the civics window and scroll down with the mouse scroll or the right-side scroll bar. :p

For your city to be able to get food to grow on, you will have to make the city work on tiles that have :food: on them.

To select the tiles, double click your capital. Now you should see "tiles", which have all different bonuses. Some may give you :food:, some :hammers:, and some :commerce:. Select the ones with the most :food:, this way your city can grow.
As your city grows more, you will be able to select more tiles.

The problem might also be the fact that in RoM cities require more food to grow (that is, existing citizens consume more).

I am not new to Civ4, just to the mod... so when I say my capital does not receive any food, I mean it. No matter how many food tiles I got working for the city, food is still flat out ZERO. And this is only the capital. All other cities function and grow normally.

And um... yeah... I eventually noticed that elusive little scrollbar in the civics window :)

Edit: Nevermind... must have been some weird one-time bug, it works now.

Could be that you were building a settler or worker or a military unit while using a civic that puts food toward building military units.
