I would like to edit certain aspects of some civilizations using the editor program. Unfortunately, the window where those things are supposed to happen opens at a size that is larger than my screen. That causes the lower 15% or so of the window to be hidden, along with the option contained therein. I have been unable to move or resize the window in such a way to solve the problem. Any suggestions?

I am frustrated with the same problem.

Anyone have a solution to this?

There is no resize button in the top right corner.

You can only "click-grab" on the blue border at the top and move it up a quarter inch, no more.

I can find no way to resize the screen at present.

The only solution is to set your monitor to 1024x768 or higher before loading the editor. I have to switch from 800x600 to a higher resolution whenever I go to use it. Very annoying.

I have the same problem and 1024x768 IS my resolution. I've tried switching resolutions before opening the editor and while it's open, I've set my resolution to 800x600 started CivIII and then opened the editor. Still having the same problem. I just can't get acess to the bottom part of the editor screen.

Oh please, ppplease let someone know how to fix this!

The window should fit if you're running 1024 x 768. Do you have your fonts set to something other than Windows defaults?

Post a screencap and it might help diagnose the problem.

I have the same problem, I just posted another thread about it in General Discussion, so that might yield a solution. Maybe somebody has an answer to this crazy problem.:crazyeyes

The only thing I can think of is that you may be using "large fonts" ... the screens are specifically designed to fit on a 1024 x 768 screen, so it should fit.
