Civilization 1 (Mac version) Does anyone own it and willing to sell?

I've scoured the entire web looking for Civilization 1 for the Mac. This is the first version of Civ I've ever played and I favor it over the DOS version significantly for various reasons, mostly becuase the graphics look much crisper along with the sound effects. My uncle originally owned it but it's been such a long duration of time since I played at his home (10+ years) that he managed to misplace it or give it away to another family member, and isn't able to pinpoint the actual location of the game itself. I'm rather new to this forum, so I'm unaware if "bartering" is prohibited or not, but forgive me if it is.

Does anyone have this in their possession by chance and is willing to part with it for a large amount of cash?

Also, where exactly can I find the Mac version of Civ 1 through online vendors, aside from the actual download, I really prefer the boxed version along with the actual floppy disk.

I think I entered "Sid Meier's Civilization" and browsed the listings.

Whelkman - were you able to set this up? I just reinstalled Mac OS 9 on my old G4 and have CIV running but it does not display in color.

Quite a few Mac and Windows games of the era were hardcoded to operate in 256 color mode, so I'd try that.

(Yes: I replied almost 10 YEARS later to my post. I dug out my G4 and had the same issue. Googled my issue and found myself asking the same the question 10 years earlier LOL )

Changed monitor settings from "thousands" to 256 and it worked.
