Civilization 6 multiplayer without turn limits?

Hi,
Me and my brother bought civ6 for multiplayer playing. When i create a multiplayer game i dont see any settings to remove things like cultre victory and so on. We want to play the game till 1 player conquers every city in the map like old civ games. What should i do to do this buy expansion or download something?

The multiplayer game is not running in my system as well as I want to play that in multiplayer mode bit could not. When I am starting the game in multiplayer mode, the screen is getting the freeze and it is showing ERROR CODE 0XC0000428. It is necessary to fix ERROR CODE 0XC0000428 as soon as possible to make the game run in multiplayer mode.
