Hmm well this is an interesting find lol! A Civ3 scenario with the exact same idea as my Civ2 scenario, a Red Alert 2 New York mission! I guess @xiaoxiaoa got the unit part and went.. "oh cr*p" lol! Interestingly I've noticed that @Bluemofia converted a number of RA2 units to Civ3 a few years back and there's some other older conversions or RA inspired units too.
Shame this never ended up progressing further.. equally a shame I lack the skill and motivation to do it either as people have already started asking for Civ3 versions of my Civ2 RA2 Siege of New York scenario and it's not even finished yet lol!
