Civilization IV Council

Apologies for the vague title. First day.

My suggestion is that Firaxis brings back the speaking council advisors for Civilization IV, they were rather funny and very original in Civ II (especially the "Elvis" style luxuries advisor), and would be even more so now, I'm sure Firaxis would be able to find even funnier actors/actresses for the job's too!
