Civilization IV Uninstall Problems

Hello,I am having problems uninstalling my copy of Civilization IV, Whenever I try to uninstall it says setup.exe stopped working (I have a vista) I check,and the files are gone,but I still cant reinstall it!



Any help?

Delete "...\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{CFBCE791-2D53-4FCE-B3FB-D6E01F4112E8}"
(note: InstallShield Installation Information is a hidden directory so you need to configure windows explorer to show hidden files).
restart the computer - in most cases that should allow you to reinstall.

Huh? Delete Would it be C/Program Files then what now?

not sure what your question is?
if you only have one hard drive the folder you need to delete would be
C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information\{CFBCE791-2D53-4FCE-B3FB-D6E01F4112E8}
to get there
click on local hard drive (c
click on Program Files
click on InstallShield Installation Information
find a folder named {CFBCE791-2D53-4FCE-B3FB-D6E01F4112E8}
delete that

Ehm,there is no reinstall button anywhere,but when I try to UNINSTALL,it says that,when I try to PLAY,it does nothing after I click play.

open the cd in windows explorer (aka My Computer) and double click on setup.exe - what happens?

One,mine didn't come with a cd key and Two,yes,I paid for it,40$
