I recently purchased Civilization: The Boardgame and was wondering if Thunderfall would make a Civilization: The Boardgame Forum. Please vote in the Poll above.

There is of course also the forum at Eagle Games that you can visit..

I bought the game in 1995. I played it twice and concluded it is quite dull!

So, no.....

I don't think we have many active players for this forum... Though I'm pretty irrelevant for this issue as the game isn't even marketed in Israel AFAIK

Is this the Avalon Hill game? If so, I think Advanced Civilization is better. There was a game based on civ 3 released a while back (this year or last), but definitely not as far back as 95.

However, so far, the interest in the boardgame that I have seen is hardly enough to warrant a thread, let alone a whole forum. ;)
I'm not saying that the interest is gigantic, but I think a forum would increase the interest. Not everyone knows to post about it in the Other Games forum, but I think some would think: "Hey, a board game forum. Let's cheggidout!"

I also bought it some 6-7 years ago and played it maybe 4 times since. It's a fun game but very long and sometimes tedious to play to its conclusion.
I don't think there's enough interest in the game to warrant aforum, but maybe you're talking about a different game (new version?).

The rules were copywrited 2002 so it must be new. I haven't gotton a chance to play it yet because some of the cards were missing.
