This be correct! The Khan is the only Unique Great Person in the game - it is also the only unit to also be a leader (you can get Genghis to actually lead the battle, how cool is that?!), and the only unit to share an icon with another one (the Great General and the Khan have the exact same icon on the map, for some reason...).
