Civilization3 Conquests

I have loaded Civ 3 Conquests on my laptop (Windows Vista), and when I try and run the game a window appears that says "Error Loading Font (Error 28). How can I fix this error?

I found this solution to the problem:

I did it and it works. I have a different problem.
When I start to play the game tells me that it cannot find the file:
Art\Units\Warrior\Warrior.INI
