Civilizations With Complete Mods

I was wondering if we could Sticky a thread for links to mods that add new civilizations which include the entire completed package similar to the DLC packages:

1. New Unit Graphics
2. New Leaderhead Graphics
3. All files for a new civilization: traits, units, etc.

Many new Civilization mods threads are "works in progress" or lack graphical updates, or some mish-mash combination of the above. I think it would be useful for folks to have a single place to go to download new civilizations that come with all the bells and whistles, similar to the DLC civ packages being released by Firaxis (Spain, Inca, Polynesian).

Modders could advertise their completed civilization packs in this thread.

Right now, we lack 1 key feature to make mod civs complete: the ability to use static images for the Leader Screen. For now, the only option is to simply copy an existing leader.

after you do this I think you could import it to civ.
