Civilopedia, only the second page display

Long time ago, i had found a tip (maybe a patch) witch permitted to display only the second page of the civilopedia when a research was achieved.
Do you know where i can find this tip (patch) ? I didn't find it in Jcived

In the Dos version, you can untick "Civiliopedia Text" in the Game menu (under Options).
