Hi All,

I find when modding and having to start a game to get to the Civilopedia to see if what I have added is there a pain in the bum.

Question: Is there a way to just load up the pedia like there was on Civ 4?

The only current "solution" would be to browse onto Sterkhov's OnlinePedia site (not updated yet to latest v1167 but he's working on it i heard!) or create a local version on your PC by "grabbing" all files for offline use with a program such as WinHT.
That doesn't help with the idea of checking to see if mod updates have 'taken'. I know a version that doesn't require a game to be loaded or started, but still based on the game DB, would have made my mod development quicker on sooo many occasions.

Oh, my bad... sorry for the confusion.
Two indirect solutions then; FireTuner & Alt-TAB out for some tricky resets. But still having to loadup the main Game assets.
I know it's somehow silly, never met a Modder which isn't that patient enough though.
