1) The info for communism and facism say they both allow permanent alliances, but communism is the one that allows defensive pacts.
2) It does not say that you need to be on a river to build hydro plant nor fresh water to build nuclear plant.

Imma expand on this thread. There's a lot of textual errors. Like I had my mouse over one of the great wonders, and at the top it says + for great artist, while in Sid's tips it says + for great engineer, and I didn't know which one to believe. Post more if you know of any.
