In Civ5 I missed the ingame clock from Civ4 ... forcing players to use a mod to have a clock on screen which prevents them from getting STEAM achivements was a terrible design decision ... so please add an ingame clock which players can activate/deactivate and switch between 12/24-hour mode.
With the new day/night system, it should be possible to synchronise system time/date with the ingame time for the day/night system ... so when you play at night, it is night in the game and when morning comes, you see the sun rising in your game and you know you played one more turn too far and it is time to get up and go to work ...
Since real day/night shift (length of day) depends on geographical position (region) and seasons (calendar date), it would be nice to optionally allow players to select their geographical region on a small real world map to have a correct day/night shift in the game.
Next step might be to include real local weather and seasons, e.g. if it is raining outside, it is raining ingame, too, and when it is snowing, it is snowing ingame, too ...
