Cnsl Dataio Error

I just added a new unit (MasterJo's SpecOps Team), and when i went to load my game i got a DATAIO CNSL ERROR. I probably screwed something up because i've never added a unit before. Has anybody ever heard of this kind of error?
 
If you add things to civ3mod.bic the saves not started as scenarios might stop working, as the rules has changed.
