Coloization in Egypt

I'm living in Cairo, Egypt at the moment and I'm not sure when Colonization comes out here (or if it already has). Does anyone happen to know when? Barring that, does anyone know a site where I could find out?... I've been waiting for a long time and this is just killing me.
