It isnt a bug, just a little adjustment. Ive had some games where f.ex. England, Churchill creates a colony, and the colony's name is also England but has Elizabeth as ruler.
I dont care if its the same country names; England. The problem comes when the two nations break master/vassal relationship and a 4th country comes and asks for me to join them in their war against "England"... woohoo, but which England? That sometimes makes a huge difference.
Solution? Next to England in diplomacy, please mention the name of their leader too. E.g.; Churchill of England.
