Red/Green as a choice for bonus vs penalty when using a lens (like the appeal lens) makes it very hard to see the information for red/green colorblind.

It would be great to have a colorblond option for this, please. I can't believe in the year 2016 we still have to remind game devs that red vs green filters are a poor color choice for showing information, hehe.

I'm colorblind and I approve this message.

To be fair, most of us are culturally conditioned to interpret "green = good, red = bad." Most games I've played have had colorblind mode (at least I recall seeing it in options for most games--I'm not colorblind); I'd be surprised if Civ6 did not.

There is a very useful app for Mac and iOS called "Red Stripe" (https://michelf.ca/software/red-stripe/) which puts narrow stripes or dashes over colours depending on whether they have a red element or a green element to them. I don't know if there is anything similar for Windows, but it might be worth checking. I'm also colour-blind, and I've found Michel Fortin's apps have been a great help -- particularly when it comes to showing others what I see. Very hard to explain colour-blindness, and Sim Daltonism is very good at showing it.

Good thing about VMware Fusion or Parallels Desktop: this app can be used in the Windows version of Civ VI, but only when run with a MacOS in the background.

That's not being fair at all. You make a good point; but that point is one about unfairness. Fortunately this doesn't ruin my life or anything; it just handicaps me in some video games a bit ;)

Many games are aware of this though, and use blue = good, and red = bad. Or they use shades of red and green that are red/green colorblind friendly. It's not that those with red/green colorblindness can't see those colors, it's that certain shades of those colors are too similar. I have no problem with red/green traffic lights because the green is almost a whitish-green. However red/yellow lights are another story... (let's just say the positions help ;) )

As someone who has colour blindness, I'm pretty sure the last Civ game to have an ingame mode to counter it was III. It's a fair request.
