do you think it will be possible to civs with the same colors to meet each other, like the vikings could meet the germans and the frenchs?

No it's not possible becouse it can't be two civ with the same colors in a civilization game.

anime my guess is if they're having 16 civs but only 7 colors active at the time then the civs will not have predetermined colors but that they will be randomly assigned when you start the game unless you choose who is playing of course which I believe will just be a total list of all remaining civs and whatever current color you are choosing for.
So to answer your question simply: yes.

I doubt it, Cedric. I think it will be just like Civ1 and Civ2. I just hope I can modify the Civilizations as easily as in Civ2 so that I can make my own Straland rule the world!

i hope the colors will be randomly assigned. why shouldn´t they?

I'd disagree. They've chosen certain colours for certains civilizations. If they'd made the Dutch as well - an why haven't they in Civ2?

- it would be orange.

Spanians: yellow, French: blue...it all fits, if you know what I mean.

I always thought this. Can anyone think of a reason why this can't be done technically. I always thought that it was a bit of a downer in the other two civ games that could have easily been got around.
