I posted like a week ago and everyone is ignoring my post! I see other responding to other people's posts, but no one even bothers about me!!! I would be very gracious if someone could give me some help with may last post. If nobody will answer me, then don't call this forum branch tech support!!!

With an attitude like that, you won't get any responses. The thing to do would have been to bump your thread and ask (politely) if anyone had any ideas.
