Companion Mobile Application for Civilization V

Is there a mobile application that can connect with my game to show me scores, faith, science, gpt, happiness, and all the F2 info, maybe trade routes, etc.? Like the applet for the Logitech keyboards (G15, G19, etc.) but on a mobile phone.
It is a very valid idea for an application. It is more valid that Assassin's Creed, GTA 5, or even the new Fallout 4

It would be useful for making decisions in diplomacy, since you can't see much data when the AI approaches you with a deal. However, I think there are mods that help with this already.

Enhanced User Interface puts some info on the leader screens. InfoAddict also puts a button there. You can find that mod in DLC form here:

I was using it a lot last night. I'd get propositioned for open borders, so I looked up our cultures and tourisms.
